Subscription Terms

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of a paid subscription to empromt (“the Platform”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.

2. Subscription Plans

Founding Member — $5/month

The Founding Member plan is available to early subscribers at a fixed price of $5 per month. This price is locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription and will not be increased for as long as your Founding Member subscription remains active without interruption.

Future Plans

empromt may introduce additional subscription tiers in the future. The pricing for future plans may be adjusted from time to time. If the price of your plan changes, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new price.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise empromt (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All amounts are in USD.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period

If you cancel a Founding Member subscription and later resubscribe, the Founding Member price lock guarantee will no longer apply unless the Founding Member plan is still available at the same price.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.

7. Price Changes

For plans other than the Founding Member plan (where the price is locked), empromt reserves the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. The notice will be provided via email and/or through the Platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

empromt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate the Terms of Use or these Subscription Terms. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

9. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued subscription after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
