1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on empromt (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must choose a unique username that does not infringe on the rights of others or violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By publishing User Content, you grant empromt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and make your User Content available to other users of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Submit spam, misleading, or duplicate content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
Impersonate any person or entity
Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

6. Moderation

empromt reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is the property of empromt. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any User Content on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, empromt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version number at the top of this page indicates the current version.
